Back to Sea Harbour

Up early after a restless & humid night. First anchorage rountine is to take Toby to shore for his morning duty. Neither of us are in any hurry, as today means going back to Sea Harbour Yacht Club and return to home.

Uneventful passage, a bit rough on the Pamlico; but settled down on the Nuese. Returned to SHYC, washed up, packed up and prepared to rejoin the workforce.

Total Trip: 600+ Miles

Averaged 2.6 - 2.8 gallons of fuel per hour.

Okracoke Island

Short passage today. Seas were only about 1 -2 ft., so we stopped for a while to just drift and enjoy the outdoors along the way.
Anchor out in Silver Lake (Okracoke Harbor) and went swimming. Great day followed by dinner on shore and the required night run with Toby. Good breeze most of the night, but by 5AM the winds died; so generator and A/C to the rescue.
